The number 23

Just have to note that I'm undecided about whether I want to see this new Jim Carrey movie, "The Number 23" about coincidences, symbols and the number 23. It's funny, because a few months ago, I read about the coincidences and oddities about the number 23, but I chose not to blog about it because I've no personal experience with the phenomenon. My personal number of coincidence is 515 which happens to be my birthday. Several times a week, at the end of the day at work, I look at the clock at exactly 5:15. Lots of other synchronicities with that number as well.

Also 11:11, which happened today though the number itself has no personal significance, I do have a friend and twin sisters born on 11/11.

I've only met one other person who comments on having a 'number' that keeps coming up. Anyone else out there with a significant number?

Mirror Coincidence: Walking on Sunshine

I was at the gym locker room after my workout and right before I was turning off my mp3 player the song 'Walking on Sunshine' by Katrina and the Waves came on. I've always liked that song because it's so upbeat. I listened to it for a bit, making a mental note that it would be a good song to listen to while I work out. When I got to my car and turned on the radio, 'Walking on Sunshine' was playing. This wouldn't be quite a coincidence if I had been listening to something current like Justin Timberlake, but to hear the exact song - one from the 1980's... well...it was pretty cool. I thanked the universe for the wink. It's been a while.
