Still in shock, I drive across the street to my hotel, a Fairfield Inn. The parking lot has warning signs about securing valuables and how they're not responsible...yada yada yada.
I walked into the lobby, and still in shock, I shared my story with the desk clerks. One immediately said, "In Flagstaff? You must have really good Karma."
I smiled. "I do." I said.
I have been trying really hard to be other-centered lately. Big tipper, letter writer, hospice volunteer... I guess the universe noticed.
